Refund Policy

At FAH Store.Pk we aim to deliver high-quality stitched dresses. If you are not fully satisfied, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund under the policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
 
Request must be made within [7 days] of delivery.
Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Items returned after the window will not be eligible.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Customized, altered, or made-to-order items.
Final Sale / clearance items (as marked on product page).
Items damaged due to misuse or not in original condition.

3. Exchanges

Size or design exchanges are allowed (subject to stock availability) within the same [7-day] window.
If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative or opt for a refund (if eligible).

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inform us immediately with photos if you receive a damaged/incorrect item.
Return delivery charges are the customer’s responsibility, except when the error is on our side—then we’ll cover/reimburse reasonable return shipping.
Upon verification, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

5. How to Initiate a Return/Refund

Contact Us — Email fahstore.pk@gmail.com or with your order number and reason.
Ship the Item — Use a secure, trackable courier. Ensure the item meets eligibility (unused, tags intact, within [7 days]).
Inspection & Outcome — After inspection, we’ll confirm eligibility and proceed with refund or exchange as requested.

Return Charges

Customers are responsible for return delivery charges.

6. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Bank processing times may vary; COD orders (if any advance was paid) are refunded via bank transfer.
